We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Aqua Tech. Quintin was knowledgeable and gave great advice on the best placement for our 3-zone Quilt A/C system during the consult process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and provided what we felt was a fair and transparent quote. Trevor and the installation team were just as great. The installation was nicely done, and everything was explained before they left. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality A/C installation.

We had a heat pump with two mini splits installed by Aquatech in our condo and they were exceptional from our first meeting. Not only was their quote competitive, the service and support were professional, timely, and competent. They supported us all the way through the project including planning, and applying for city permits, strata and BC Hydro rebate. Installation was very clean and on schedule. They tried their best to be undisruptive and organized which is very helpful when there is limited space in a condo. I've talked to three other vendors for this project and I'm so glad that I went to Aquatech. I highly recommend them for anyone considering this type of project.

Aquatech's customer service and heat pump installation was excellent. The install took three days, and we appreciated that it was the same team each day. They were professional, quiet, open to questions and problem-solving, and they worked really hard. They also kept the site tidy. (Thanks Ken, Alex, and Milad!) The team in the office and the estimator who provided the quote were just as professional and very good at their jobs. We were impressed! We've had the ductless system for a few weeks now and are very pleased with it.

I am editing my review as I have the chance to check the Air Conditioning this summer. We became aware that Mitsubishi unit does not let you choose lower than 19 degrees C, but we have seen some other units which allows you to go down to 16 or 17 degrees C. We think Mitsubishi should correct this issue so that on hot days it is more comfortable. That is an issue for us! However, We are still Highly Recommending Aquatech Vancouver Heating & Air Conditioning. EXCELLENT. I have to say Aquatech truly came through. They were extremely professional and committed to making things right. Their team returned multiple times, promptly and without hesitation, until everything was working exactly as it should. The newly Mitsubishi heat pump system they installed is now performing flawlessly during the winter months and we will check in summer for the Air conditioning. It’s been keeping our home warm and comfortable, and we’ve already noticed a significant reduction in our hydro bills. Their follow-up, customer service, and technical knowledge were excellent. I genuinely appreciate the pride they take in their work. Great job, Aquatech, and thank you for standing behind your installation!🙏🙏🙏

Overall we had a great experience with Aquatech, starting from our consultation with Jody to the installation team led by Trevor and follow-up from Alanna. Everyone was very professional and we are very pleased with our home's new heating and cooling system.

Jody saved me $15,000! Our system wasn't maintaining the temperature, so I had another company come out to inspect it. They told me the coil was broken because it was freezing up and creating condensation, and they recommended replacing the entire HVAC system based on its age. (Furnace 13 years old, Air conditioner 2 years old) I decided to get a second opinion and called Aquatech. Jody arrived, listened to what I'd been told, and immediately questioned the diagnosis. He explained that the coil on my air conditioner was still under warranty and that frozen coils are often caused by restricted airflow, not a failed coil. He suggested I replace the furnace filter, let the system thaw, and try it again. That simple fix solved the problem, and the system has been running perfectly ever since. Jody's honesty, knowledge, and willingness to troubleshoot instead of jumping straight to an expensive replacement saved me thousands of dollars. I can't recommend Aquatech enough. Lesson learned: Change your furnace filter regularly and if you want honest, knowledgeable HVAC service, call Aquatech!
