I've been very impressed with Aqua-Tech during every step of my furnace replacement, from the initial on-site assessment of my needs to the installation of my new Continental furnace and support afterwards. There was a minor issue with the new furnace (not the fault of Aqua-Tech) that I called them about near the end of a workday and they were on-site to address the issue at the start of the next day! I am particularly impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved and with the high level of communication. I'm so happy that I found them!

We used Aqua-Tech to install a heat pump on our condo and I highly recommend them. We installed a Daikin multi-split heat pump with 3 heads. The outdoor and indoor units are very quiet, but still able to cool a room very quickly. They include a great (transferable!) warranty and blend nicely into the space. Aqua-Tech's responsiveness during the estimating/proposal was incredibly quick. The free assessment was thorough, and based on proper thermal load calculations (some other companies don't bother to do this important part, and just guess equipment sizing). Jody & Alanna were so friendly to deal with throughout the whole process. They made everything easy for us, by assisting with things like communicating to building strata and getting all of the mechanical / electrical permitting. The install itself was scheduled quickly and completed on time. After the work was complete, they also helped with submitting our rebate application. The team doing the install was led by Jas, who was friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the work. He took the time to explain at each step what the crew was doing next. Their overall professionalism, communication, and high quality work made our experience a very positive one. Highly recommend!

We had wanted to get a heat pump for years and hosting a family reunion this past July put an end to our procrastination. We went through the vetting process but it gave us a short runway . Aqua tech came out on top, on our spread sheet, and we decided to go with the Mitsubishi City multi system but we were worried that the install couldn’t be done in time. However, Aqua Tech’s management style is driven by the customer’s needs with a team approach. The network of professionals have great communication between all the different departments to ensure a seamless collaboration . A big shout out to Jody the estimator , Roy the scheduler, Marco our skilled problem solving Project Manager , Tanya in accounting , Paul in follow-up and the organized, prompt , polite installation team . Although it is invasive at the time, our heat pump experience was stress free . During our walk through , our questions were patiently answered . The job was completed in 4 days , and we now have had a delightfully comfortable summer for the first time in many years.

We recently had Aquatech install a Mitsubishi mini-split ductless heat pump in our condo. We were very impressed by their service and their professionalism. They kept to their schedule, never keeping us waiting. As well as installing our system, they took care of permitting, complying with our strata rules, and applying for BC Hydro rebate for which we qualified. It was a hassle-free installation and we are very happy.
